The course content was absolutely relevant and easy to understand. Anyone could easily read and understand the modules at his/her own pace. The additional reading resources and references were very helpful. The Tutors' guidance and stimulating questions were very useful and made the course interesting. I particularly learnt as well from the opportunity to relate to and share perspectives with other participants from a large number of countries and varying backgrounds.

UNITAR’s course has provided me with useful tools that have enhanced my performance on international conferences, allowing me to achieve better results both for my country and for the region. The syllabus is very well organized and the materials are excellent, including the multimedia examples that are most enlightening. UNITAR Trainers are outstanding professionals that provide interesting insights on the subjects comprised in the course, besides their constant support of the learning process. The web-based platform is remarkably easy to use and allowed the interaction with distinguished colleagues from all over the world.

I would like to thank the all UNITAR e-Learning team which led this course on "Performing Effectively in Multilateral Conferences and Diplomacy": the trainers, the technical support team as well as the other facilitators. Working in the area of multilateral negotiations, the content of this course matches well with the specific tasks I have to perform prior, during and after conferences on climate change issues, such as drafting negotiating texts, supporting chairs of negotiating groups, liaising with Parties delegates and representatives, etc...

So far I have taken two courses online. Needless to say the latest course has exhibited great improvement. The materials are well designed and the interactive videos are simply awesome.
As a junior diplomat in my country, the course is an extra weapon to execute my duty in the area. The course has overwhelmingly boosted my confidence and knowledge.

I found the course very relevant and necessary for the kind of work that I am engaged in.
Although, I have not met any of you, throughout the Course, I felt that you have a committed and professionally qualified team, which knows what it wants its learners to learn. My considered opinion is that the course should have spread over a longer time and be deeper in the coverage of the subject matter. I thank you again and wish you all success in your future endevours.

I have participated in several UNITAR training programmes in the past, which are all rewarding but I find the e-learning course, I have just completed as the most challenging and the best. The e-learning is flexible to accommodate individual work schedule and travels but challenging as participants must read the compulsory and optional reading materials to understand the course and pass the assessment test. It would have also been practically impossible to get all participants from different parts of the world for the course, if it were face-to-face programme. I therefore strongly recommend that UNITAR undertakes more e-learning courses.
