  • African Economic Research Consortium (AERC)
    Non profit organization devoted to advanced policy research and training. The principal objective is to strengthen local capacity for conducting independent, rigorous inquiry into problems pertinent to the management of economies in sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Kenya.

  • Eastern and Southern African Institute (ESAMI)

  • International Institute for Communication and Development
    Independent non-profit training institute, established by the Netherlands Government in 1997. IICD's mission is to assist developing countries to realise locally owned sustainable development by harnessing the potential of information and communication technologies.

  • International Law Institute (ILI-Washington)
    International Law Institute is an independent, not-for-profit organization. ILI-Washington offers seminars in various aspects of law and economic development. The training is directed both at the private and public sector.

  • International Law Institute (ILI-Uganda)
    ILI opened its training centre in Uganda in 1997. The aim was to offer continuing education and research for lawyers, finance officials, and other professionals from all nations of sub-Saharan Africa.

  • Joint Vienna Institute
    JVI is a cooperative venture of six international organizations. They provide training for officials of Central and Eastern European countries, the former Soviet Union, and former centrally planned economies in Asia.

  • Macroeconomic and Financial Management Institute (MEFMI)
